Terms and Condition

General

  1. Individuals are only eligible to have one Fiesta Club account. Memberships cannot be shared or combined by more than one person. Corporations, associations, or groups cannot enroll in Fiesta Club. Employees of Asia Pacific Hotels the affiliates of Tan Holdings Corporation are not eligible to enroll and earn Fiesta Club points.


  2. Asia Pacific Hotels may, without notice, discontinue Fiesta Club membership if a member fails to promptly pay hotel bills.


  3. Fiesta Club may discontinue membership for any member who acts in an abusive manner or in a manner inconsistent with local, state or federal laws.


  4. Discontinued membership will result in the loss of all accumulated Fiesta Club points and the Fiesta Club account will be closed.


  5. The sale or barter of Fiesta Club points is prohibited. Fiesta Club points or rewards or benefits that have been transferred or sold for such purposes may be confiscated or cancelled.


  6. Fiesta Club points are for member's benefit only and are not transferable to another person for any reason.


Earning Fiesta Club Points

  1. Upon enrolment, a Fiesta Club is eligible to earn Fiesta Club points. The membership is activated on their first consumption at any Asia Pacific Hotel location.


  2. To receive Fiesta Club points, a guest must be a Fiesta Club member at the time eligible charges are incurred, unless otherwise specifically stated as part of a promotion or special offer and pay an eligible rate. Charges for stays prior to member's enrollment in Fiesta Club will not be eligible for retroactive credit.


  3. In order for a Fiesta Club member to receive Fiesta Club points, the bill for eligible charges must be in that member's name and member must personally pay for all charges. A member's account number cannot be used by anyone else in order to accrue Fiesta Club points, benefits, or membership status.


  4. A Fiesta Club member will earn ten Fiesta Club points for each whole U.S. dollar spent by the member on Eligible Rates and Eligible Charges. An "Eligible Rate" is any hotel published room rate, including, but not limited to the rack rates, FIT rates, website rates, and corporate rates. "Ineligible Rates" are discounted rates, including, but not limited to, any complimentary stays, internet wholesale rates (such as hotels.com, etc.), traditional wholesale rates, airline staff rates, travel agency staff rates, distressed passenger rates, affiliate rate


  5. When booking through a traditional wholesaler at Asia Pacific Hotels, a member will receive 1,500 Fiesta Club points per stay in lieu of points for the packaged room rate. However, a member will receive stay credit toward membership status. A member will also receive 10 Fiesta Club points for every eligible U.S. dollar spent for Eligible Incidental Charges not included in the prepaid package.


  6. Fiesta Club members may receive Fiesta Club points on Eligible Incidental Charges, even when paying Ineligible Rates. 10 Fiesta Club points will be awarded for each whole U.S. dollar paid by a member for Eligible Incidental Charges. "Eligible Incidental Charges" vary on a hotel-by-hotel basis, but generally include food and beverage (except at outlets not operated by the hotel) and other charges such as laundry and telephone. Fiesta Club points are not awarded for taxes, gratuities, and pay-per-view in-room movies. Fiesta Club points will not be awarded for taxes or banquet charges charged to member's room.


  7. Fiesta Club members may receive Fiesta Club points for up to three rooms (member's room and two additional rooms). Member must be a registered guest, occupy at least one of the rooms and pay for all three. Only the room occupied by the member will count toward membership status and benefits. The occupant of the second or third room may not receive Fiesta Club points either at time of stay or retroactively.


  8. When attending a meeting or convention, all charges made by members that are placed on a master account to be paid by an organization, convention, association or group will not be eligible for Fiesta Club points. Only Fiesta Club points for individual Eligible Incidental Charges which the member personally pays are eligible for Fiesta Club points. When sharing accommodations with other Fiesta Club members, each member will earn Fiesta Club points on the eligible portion of the bill for which they personally pay or they may choose to credit points to only one member.


  9. To receive credit for membership status, a member must have stayed in an Asia Pacific Hotel. A stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at one hotel. Back-to-back stays within a 24-hour period at a single Asia Pacific Hotel are considered one stay.


Fiesta Club Membership Services

  1. To ensure member receives Fiesta Club points and services at Asia Pacific Hotels, a member must provide Fiesta Club membership account number when making a reservation and present member's Fiesta Club membership card at check in or upon consumption at outlet.


  2. When member enrolls in the Fiesta Club program, member will be assigned an account number and PIN that will allow member to access account information and redeem Fiesta Club rewards on Asiapacific-hotels.com . If member enrolls at a hotel, by phone or by mail, member will receive notification providing a PIN within 4 weeks of enrollment date.


  3. Member can change a pre-assigned PIN by updating their personal membership profile on-line or by contacting any Asia Pacific Hotel. Asia Pacific Hotels is entitled to act on instructions received under member's account number and personal information. For security purposes, it is recommended that member memorize PIN number and not write it down. Member is responsible for keeping PIN, account number and other account information confidential. Asia Pacific Hotels is not responsible for any credits or debits made to member's account by anyone else using member's PIN.


  4. A Fiesta Club member must provide their Fiesta Club account number and verify personal information prior to receiving any account information. Individual account information will not be given to anyone other than the member whose name appears on the account unless required in connection with a law enforcement investigation or by legal process.


  5. Any errors or omissions on transactions posted to member's Fiesta Club account must be reported in writing to Asia Pacific Hotels within 90 days of the applicable account summary in order for Asia Pacific Hotels to reconcile the account and make any required adjustments to member's account. Member must enclose a photocopy of the applicable complete hotel bill and payment receipt when reporting any error or omission in member's account.


  6. Asia Pacific Hotels has the right to correct any Fiesta Club points posted in error.
